Heather Downey
Heather Downey graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. Her resume includes teaching in the public school classroom, tutorial home school classes and one to one tutoring. NILD’s methodology lined up with all the research and therapy that she had read about over the years to aid students’ difficulties to learn and enhance their cognitive abilities. Heather is a Professionally Certified Educational Therapist (PCET) and Feuerstein practitioner in Basic and Standard working with students from 4 years old to young adults.
