Step 1

An initial phone interview to determine whether therapy is a fit for the student

Step 2

An in office evaluation (Woodcock Johnson IV Assessment) is administered to determine the student’s learning strengths and challenges

Step 3

Evaluation of testing is reported and recommendations are made on further educational planning

Step 4

For students with impairments, individually prescribed educational therapy is given for two hours per week

Step 5

End of year evaluation of testing and parent conference to determine student’s growth and progress
